Please do not listen to relaxing powerful audio mp3s whilst doing anything which requires concentration such as driving or operating heavy machinery please only listen to these mp3s when you can safely relax completely in a comfortable space, ready for hypnosis and away from distractions and over the next five or ten minutes you might be aware of sounds outside the room while your body relaxes and over the next five or ten minutes you might just start to notice with your eyes closed something that I think people are aware of whenever they close their eyes to relax without perhaps noticing until now you might be able to see on your eyelids certain shapes and patterns are some they're moving other people they are still your body is relaxing of the eyelids themselves how they're feeling the weight of them strange to think of your eyelids weighing anything.

Because they are so light and because they have nothing to do now they're closed the tiny muscles you have around the eyes then normally support them can just relax and you can begin to feel so relaxed as the sensation spreads through the back and into the shoulders all the way through relaxing and resting as the feeling flows down into the arm and there might be some muscles in the arms that you haven't noticed until now and as you do let them relax your arms becoming heavier the more you let them rest and I don't know just how heavy your arms would feel where they are resting for you to know that there is heavy as they can possibly feel as the feeling reaches the end of your fingers and during this kind of hypnosis it's easy to leave your arms resting more and more as you notice your breathing beginning to slow down to the most relaxing rate for you to rest the most relaxing rate for you to rest using each breath out to send that relaxing feeling deeper and down down through the chest sinking deeper down through the stomach noticing how different the muscles feel as they relax and as this feeling of deep relaxation spreads this leaves your mind free to wonder how your body is feeling now so you might wonder how it would feel if you were to make your body relax twice as much again with each breath out relaxing twice as much some people feel as if they are sinking or floating just letting that feeling sink deeper and just take notice of all those things you see in your mind as you let go and you're listening to my voice and that means you can relax all the feelings you'll noticing and all those things you're aware of as you sink deeper.

So that if I were to give you hypnosis and to ask your unconscious mind to take you to a place that is the safest and most relaxing you've ever been the safest and most relaxing place you could go there now and just remember being in that place noticing all the things that made it so good all the things you can see around you sometimes people are surprised by what they can see and what they can remember which helps them to sink even deeper into it noticing all the things the sights the sounds all the things that remind you of those feelings inside you one of those good feelings inside you as you notice them.

Now I don't know if they're as big as they can be yet and what you can do to make them even better just enjoying being in that place and as you relax you can be open to hearing whatever you could that would help you become even better at learning because many people think they're not good at learning and yet it's what our brain does most of it's a learning machine everyday learning things taking in new information so whatever you want to direct your mind towards remembering there are certain important things that help and usually the more relaxed you are the better you learn the more relaxed you are the more you recall and as you relax your unconscious can store this relaxation inside you because you are relaxing you're learning just setting your unconscious to hunt for whatever you want it to absorb for you the key things that help you the key things that help you to remember whatever it is you need to remember and you might be aware of what things spring out from the crowd of information that's important for you to remember but it might be done completely unconsciously because it probably won't be until later looking back that you realize how many more things you know you know and whether you notice you knowing the answers as you need them whether it happens so naturally that it just happens to leave your unconscious mind to find the answers because we don't really know where we keep the things we know we just have them brought to us so from today.

If we were to hypnotize and to ask your unconscious mind to find the answers for you you might be surprised what starts to flow from your mouth we'll pen where your fingertips it really doesn't matter where the answers come from or how you let the answers flow from you just that they come because you know from today and we can both wonder what will be the first thing that makes you realize you're beginning to believe in your ability to learn that you're learning new things about yourself that are useful to remember and that means that your confidence in what you can do could grow more and more like the difference within you becomes obvious to yourself and others and it might make you smile sometimes as you realize the fun you can have learning knowing things and the places it could take you the avenues that open the possibilities that begin to occur to you as you relax even deeper I'd like to ask you to float back into the past to a time when you learn something easily and elegantly the learning doesn't need to be something related to a school situation just a time.

When you learned something easily and perhaps so easily that you surprised yourself it could be any context or you perhaps even surprised by how easy it was to recall the information maybe you were talking to a friend or to several friends and you were pleasantly surprised about how much you knew about the subject notice how it feels to be an exquisite learner now rap the feelings of being an excellent learner around you take those feelings and let them flow through your body feel the feelings have been a great liner whether or not you were conscious of it your unconscious mind was doing the work of making that information available to you in an usable way I'd like you to notice that the experience of being such a good learner and how it changes and effects all the events between then and now and that in the future you can draw on being such an elegant learner at any time you choose anytime you want you can have that ability anytime you want these learning resources they will be available to you so anytime in the future so in hypnosis when you need to learn something will you need to use any information stored in your unconscious mind it will be there for you automatically even if you don't notice it that's alright because the process is now installed all the way from now out into the future and even further into the future beyond the event as far as you can see so that if I were to ask your unconscious mind to take you into this future self looking through the eyes of you in the future feeling how good it feels to be this year so that your unconscious probably out of awareness could absorb everything from this you that could be used now in your future becoming more and more like the person you're enjoying working really hard to become when you've achieved your goal you could see yourself having achieved what you wanted just take a moment to look at everything that's changed about you and the way people are around you everything that you can see is how you want to be and watch yourself doing all the things you do now that it might amaze you to see the things you're doing now the your unconscious is learning from now as it watches with you that the capabilities strengths resources and skills you've developed along the way and what it is you believe about yourself all the things you now believe about yourself that make this improvement possible maybe even here in your head the thing you need to believe the most something that comes to you whenever you need it to so if your unconscious mind were to take in all of this information and access it in the most powerful and positive way.

When you most need it so all I really need to do to have your unconscious mind be completely ready to help you feel more relaxed it's just a count from 1 to 5 so as I count to 1 and you can notice the sounds outside the room 2 noticing how your body feels as it starts to slowly move as your mind is ready now to feel different as 3 feeling the weight of your heavy fingers as they slowly return to normal just by taking a few deep breaths on the count of 4 to keep that relaxing feeling inside you as long as you need becoming aware of the weight of your heavy eyelids only returning to normal as quickly as your unconscious mind is completely ready to use what it is then to help you in the most positive way so that when it has they can return to normal and you can open them whenever you are ready after the count of five you
