The Qur'an is a complete code of conduct. The Qur'an also describes the human psychology where it has provided guidance for the development of the nations. Describes the problems and solutions to human psychology.
At present, there has been a rapid development in the field of psychology of the people and the result which the doctors have reached today by making progress in this field has been explained several hundred years ago by the Quran.
Scientists' experiences may be lacking, but there is no chance of any error in the guidance God has given is absolutely right and true. And if we work more in this area according to divine guidance, not much time is needed to understand the problems of psychology. And very soon human beings will find solutions to these problems which have not yet been resolved.
The human brain is a very powerful machine where humans can get a lot of help from it. It is also true that if it causes problems or illness, it can have devastating consequences. You can observe the current world conditions that the most dangerous thing for a human being is the person himself. God created human beings and made the earth that was nothing less than a paradise, but only because of the deterioration of human psychology, this world and this earth has become hell today.
This has led to disastrous results due to abandoning God's guidance, If human beings today end their confusion of psychology and settle them and start living with each other in love and brotherhood and care for each other, then this world will become paradise right now. But man is so confused by his psychological disturbances that he cannot come to this solution.
How stupid a man is that he is ready to destroy himself Ready to see the destruction of his own children Ready to destroy this earth but not ready to come to God's guidance for its solution. What would be more stupid?
Anyway, we come back to our article God has revealed three stages of human psychology in the Qur'an. It is important that human beings understand and know about these three stages and research them and make their solutions a part of their lives.

These three stages and their details are as follows.
• The inciting self (nafs al ammara)
• The self-accusing self (nafs al lawwamah)
• The self at peace (nafs al muṭmaʾinnah)
The inciting self (nafs al ammara)
At this stage of human psychology, the emotions and thoughts of a human being evoke the tendencies of wrongdoing. The wrong thoughts and feelings are inside every human being, also known as satanic thoughts. To avoid this, man needs some guidance, whether it be your training or God's guidance.
But at this stage of human psychology, bad thoughts and emotions have become so powerful that they have completely controlled the mind and have overcome their mind. At this stage, if this man is not provided with the help of God, he will have very disastrous consequences for this world. Such a person becomes a devastating problem for his home, for the people around him and for his community.
If we study this stage carefully, you will find that in today's world, human beings are suffering from this disease. No better treatment is being provided for the person suffering from this disease, which is leading to more devastating consequences. And man's negative thoughts and emotions have completely engulfed man. So this is the first stage in the guidance God has given to the psychology of man that we are seeing all over the world today with our own eyes.
The self-accusing self (nafs al lawwamah)
This is the second stage of human psychology in which the psychology of repression begins in order to stop the evil thoughts and feelings that come to mind. A human conscience prevents him from acting on these bad thoughts and feelings.
There is a war going on in the mind of a human being that the thoughts and bad feelings that are coming to his mind are wrong and the result will be wrong. And he keeps fighting his evil thoughts and seeking guidance to correct them. A man wanders around looking for answers to the questions that arise in his mind.
Such a human is not able to do good or bad, nor can he do any constructive work. He is just caught up in the conflicts of his mind. In this stage of human psychology, if a human being is provided with the guidance of God and he begins to answer the questions that arise in his mind, he can get rid of the disease very quickly.
But because of our unfortunate lack of better treatment, the human being always suffers from mental warfare and goes away from this world.
The self at peace (nafs al muṭmaʾinnah)
This is the third and final stage of human psychology in which, according to the guidance of God, a man finds the answers he has been searching for many years. Such a person nurtures spirituality and the reality of all things becomes clear to him.
Through God's guidance, man gets answered and he understands what is the purpose of the existence of man, what is the purpose of the existence of the universe and what is the reality of death. The man understands what is the relationship with other humans living in this world.
When the person enters the third position of psychology, the fact that all the things above it become clear because of which its heart and mind become completely satisfied and happier. Such a person is satisfied and happy even in bad conditions.
Such a person can never hurt or damage any other man, And he always gives other humans the happiness and positive thinking he or she is feeling. Such a person has complete peace of mind.
Therefore, such a person is always at peace and does not speak of any fighting or mischief which leads to peace in this world. He understands that there is no purpose in this world for mischief and strife and no one can benefit from it.
All human beings and all the things of the universe and the trees and mountains in this world and natural things like air oxygen water, they are all linked to the same thing. So that the world can become a paradise and we can save ourselves and our children and our future generations from the coming calamities and disasters and emerge as a well-connected human being and nation.
